This spinach soup recipe is based on a recipe from my Bulgarian Mother-in-law. She often makes it when we visit and it's delicious and so filling. Plus it definitely has a good chunk of your five a day in it. I was walking along the sea front in the new town of Sozopol looking for something to eat, I had thought I wanted a takeaway but then I came across the menu of this restaurant. I saw that they had fish soup and I immediately wanted it, I had to have it. I figured they wouldn't be able to give me takeaway so I sat in, on the terrace looking out onto the sand below.
