Our take on the smashed avo on toast, smashed pea…. 💚

From the beginning we have made the conscious decision not to serve avocado on our brunch menu because we discovered the environmental cost it has on our planet - massive water usage, deforestation for growing, and the long carbon footprint.

We want to highlight the best of British produce that are in season 🚜
