🌟Happy New Year to all our followers🌟
What a whirlwind 2021 was for us all, I hope you all managed to stay safe and had a lovely festive break.
We were lucky to have so many ‘pinch me’ moments at Khyva HQ, from designing luxury collections for Moonpig and Champneys, to gifting celebrities. Not forgetting, a new office and warehouse move, working with exciting new brands and corporates, being interviewed by Stylist magazine for gifting tips and as always wrapping all of your lovely orders! (and that’s just the half of it!)
What can you expect from us in 2022? So much more! We have an amazing new hamper collection, exciting new products and partnerships, as well as a focus on sustainability (and how Khyva can do more to help).

Khyva Hampers are recruiting a Business Coordinator.
We are a growing luxury gifting concierge looking for someone who is a self starter, happy to work independently and has a great eye for detail.
The job involves (but is not limited to):
�Confidently dealing with corporate clients and online orders.
�Managing of multiple email accounts; ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner.
�Working with key stakeholders on all operations to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.
�Responsibility of invoicing, billing and payments.
�Producing gifting proposals as per the clients brief.
�Acting as the primary contact for all new gifting enquiries.
This role will suit an individual who is organised, confident in dealing with external clients and has the ability to multitask.
Requirements:
� Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word and Gmail.
� Experience in using Shopify, Canva and/or QuickBooks.
On occasions there will be a requirement to assist in hamper packing, including printing cards, ribboning and labelling hampers ready for shipping. There is the possibility of additional administrative work.
We are offering a zero hours based contract, working hours are dependant on hampers orders. Hours can be flexible.
