The Big Red Bird is a London based pocket-sized cake-business, producing authentic Hungarian, Austrian-type of cakes and bakery products. All breads and sweet pastries are made the most natural way WITHOUT any artificial preservatives or additives; I use long fermentation (12 to 24 hours) that gives the home-made taste and appearance, which we all prefer over commercially produced or chemically bo

osted. I am passionate about baking and my main focus is quality. Also I find it important to be honest about what goes into my cakes and make them as health conscious as possible.
