All cakes made at Black Cherry Bakery are organic and egg, dairy, wheat, gluten and cholesterol free meaning they are suitable for Vegans and those with food intolerances alike. But don’t get us wrong decadence and flavour is what we are about. Black Cherry Bakery cakes are healthier than our mass produced counter parts, and healthier for the environment too, but that doesn’t mean they don’t taste
awesome, In fact our customers tell us they taste better than regular cakes! And who are we to argue with that!? We are constantly motivated to make unbelievably delicious cakes with unique and unusual flavours….oh and they look pretty cool too! Inspiration comes from music (most of our cakes are named after our favourite songs) cocktails, art, popular culture and the people we meet along the way. Cakes are baked to order, that means FRESH, kids – nothing is ever frozen. We are guided by the seasons, using local produce wherever possible and all our ingredients proudly wave the Fairtrade flag. We have over 60 flavours on rotation to choose from, but if you’d like something you don’t see – it couldn’t hurt to ask as it can usually be done!!
