Our bread is made with 100% whole and unprocessed, sprouted, living raw ingredients, not cooked or baked at high temperatures but gently and slowly dehydrated at 40 Celsius. The bread is based upon traditional, flat-bread recipes of sprouted and then pulverized grain/seeds that were sun-baked on sterile stone bricks. It is made from Bio-dynamic Buckwheat, a seed which is gluten free, has no relationship to wheat,nor the botanical category we call grain.
