This Fruity Blueberry Cake was born from a leftover blueberry muffin batter and I couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s just so fruity and wholesome and yet a little tart and citrusy from the light lemon zest added to the batter.
Oh my heart! What a lovely way to spend these last few days leading up to Easter!
