Not had the best start to 2023 it has been a very weird couple of months. I lost my confidence in baking, so thought I would take break.

But I am now back! and trying to get back in to normal. My first bake of 2023 is a four layer vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream birthday cake 💖

🎉I got to do my Mum’s 60th birthday cake, which I was so over the moon about.

I did a vanilla flavoured sponge,finished with blue flowers and a white chocolate buttercream 🎉
