Anzac Biscuits! - These iconic biscuits were originally made to send to the ANZACs (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) serving in Gallipoli! It was a biscuit recipe that would stay fresh for the months that it would take to reach soldiers overseas back in the early 1900’s.

The homely sweetness from the golden syrup combined with the full goodness of oats and coconut is a taste that is iconic to this crunchy Australian biscuit!

So this little treat is known as Coconut Ice Burfi 🧊 🥥

Indians love their sweet foods! I however am allergic to most of it so there are a very few that I can enjoy and coconut is one of my favourite flavours so this ones a winner for me!

So I had to make my own birthday cake this year because of COVID but I didn’t mind too much because it was my first attempt at a drip cake! I think this was a great first attempt though! 🎂

It was a chocolate fudge cake with a chocolate ganache drip topped with vanilla buttercream! 💧

Tip: after you melt the chocolate and fling it against the bowl with a spatula and it starts dripping then you’ve got the correct consistency BUT be quick before the chocolate starts to set! 🍫

This was my first ever bake! It was a Vanilla Cupake with Vanilla Buttercream! 🧁
For my first cupcake I wanted to keep it low key (vanilla is a more universal taste) so I could test my skills as a baker. Turns out it was just pretty good as I still make the same recipe to this day!
