Our miso white chocolate cookies were added in ’s PR packages for his new book ‘we are dreamers’!
Looking forward to reading Simu’s memoir about his life of being a Chinese immigrant, his battles with cultural stereotypes, his struggles with becoming a TV star and landing the role of a lifetime.

Golden goodness
My all time favourite zong! The dragon boat festival is only a few weeks away, in celebration we’ll be doing joong’s again this year!
Alkaline based joongs, traditionally plain and eaten with honey!
They will be vacuum sealed for postal orders, postal fees are dependent up weight and will be sent out for next day delivery.

Sticky rice dumplings!
It’s dragon boat festival in a few weeks and mum’s excited to make these for you guys again!
We’ll have 3 options:
• ‘honey honey’ - plain & alkaline based, traditionally eaten with honey.
• ‘pork’ - pork and mung bean. We love to slice it up and pan fry them for a crispy edge, can be eaten with soy sauce or sugar.
• ‘salted egg’ - soy sauce based with salted egg, braised pork, shiitake mushroom and chestnut, packed with flavour and soooo good! (Pork can be taken out for vegetarians)
We’ll upload the menu shortly. The first batch will be out for delivery next weekend! Happy to accept orders in advance and we can also post these goodies!

You make miso happy!
This could possibly be my last miso caramel post, I have quite a big tub of the sauce left so I’ve been smothering them on the rolls. Sorry if it ends up being too much. 🙈
Just want to say thank you to everyone who ordered these bad boys and gave lovely feedback. I have quite a lot of miso left so if you still want them, I’d be happy to continue making them for you!

Taro buns
Although this was one of our jan - feb specials, I have a customer who orders at least 10 every time she places an order, it’s hard to say no especially when she ordered 20 this time.
They came out really pretty this time round, I think I know what I’ve been doing wrong. Will continue testing more colours. 😛
