Let’s teach Claude a thing or two… These are easy, versatile and delicious- save this recipe, you’ll use it time and time again ✨💫

You’ll need:
For the cookies:
💫40g unsalted butter
💫260g dark chocolate
💫150g light brown soft sugar
💫2 eggs
💫20g cocoa powder

For the ganache
💫300g dark chocolate
💫150ml double cream
💫sprinkles of your choice

Method:
1. Whisk the eggs and the sugar in a stand mixer until white and fluffy
2. Melt the butter and chocolate together and add it to the sugar/egg mix
3. Add the cocoa powder, combine and then chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 mins
4. Once chilled scoop a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lined tray for each cookie- leaving enough space between each one as they spread.
5. Bake on 180 for 8 minutes until a soft shell forms on each cookie. They should still be soft.
6. Remove from the oven and leave at room temp to chill or in the fridge if your impatient
7. For the ganache warm the cream in a pan until it bubbles around the edges. Then turn off the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until melted. Leave the ganache to cool ( the fridge will speed this up) and then spread it on top of the cookies, before topping with sprinkles.

Grab yourself some dates, your peanut butter of choice and some melted chocolate. Freeze dried raspberries are a bonus. They’ll be delicious either way and can live in your fridge or freezer for as long as you can resist eating them!!!

Guys- stop what you are doing, get a banana some melted dark chocolate ( with an added teaspoon of coconut oil) and make these!!!!

Leave them to set in the freezer ( takes all of 2 mins) and get creative with your dips. I went for pistachio crème and pistachios but any nut butter or fruit puree would also be unreal.

Trust me…. And give these a go. Lmk how you get on! 🫶🏼
