🍁A heartfelt thank you to my spiritual family for coming together for our Autumn Equinox celebration on Sunday at Pantyrathro Spiritual Development Centre. It was such a beautiful afternoon shared with such precious souls, a gathering filled with meditation & rituals, tea ceremony & sound bath, crafting, gifting & story telling. along with plenty of fun & laughter. A delicious supper of homemade vegetable soup & rustic rolls was followed by traditional Welsh cakes to end our wonderful gathering. Your energy & love made it truly magical. I am deeply grateful to each & every one of you for taking the time to join together. Special thanks to Ken Knuckles for all your time, effort & dedication in helping to prepare for our celebration. Know we missed your beautiful presence Denise Kennedy but I’m very much looking forward to hosting our Winter Solstice together. As promised on the Heart To Heart show with Myself, Lynn Sheryl Perfect @ Pure West Radio, the ❤️Luna Harp Sisters❤️are traveling to Wales, Carmarthen to offer an intimate Singing & Sound Day Retreat around Beltane.
We will have a whole day to reconnect to our hearts whilst diving deep into the healing gifts of the voice.There will also be a guided shamanic & somatic space to unearth your own medicine songs within.
