I help out at our local surf club, the only inland surf club in the world! at Surf Snowdonia We are trying to raise funds to improve and build on the club so could I please ask you to click on the link and vote for our club please - it only takes a couple of minutes and will make a massive difference to the club. So my announcement........ I've decided for various reasons that it's time to hang up my apron! I've been working through my order book this year, and I have reached the end. I'd just like to thank all my cake clients over the last 12 years who have trusted me to make some absolutely amazing cakes, I've genuinely loved making every one and meeting so many lovely people. It's time for pastures new! I may be holding some Sugar Flower lessons which will be around 5 hours long and on weekdays in Maenan, Conwy Valley. Let me know if you're interested please.xx

Congratulations to the lovely Stephanie and Tom, married today and celebrating at Soughton Hall They chose such a pretty design of cake with beautiful sugar roses and viburnum berries to finish it all off. There was a hand piped lace design on the middle tier to match Stephs stunning dress. Hope you both have an amazing day and let me see some photos please. :) I've got an announcement to make in the next couple of days so watch this space! xx

Congratulations to the lovely Sara and Andy who were married at Quay Hotel & Spa on Saturday - what an amazing afternoon! The had a very nautical theme for their wedding and their cake reflected this perfectly with rope, knots and the lifebelt cake stand! It was completed with hand made sugar roses and the toppers provided by the happy couple. Flavours of carrot, coffee and lemon - yummy. Hope you had a fabulous day and hope to see some photos soon :) xx
