All my cakes are homemade by hand and delivered fresh to your door in the Liverpool area.. Each 10 inch cake provides 14 – 16 portions. Lemon Mascarpone Cake

A light fluffy lemon sponge sandwiched together with a

mascarpone and lemon filling. Covered in a lemon mascarpone frosting. Classic Victoria Sponge

A delicious vanilla sponge filled with homemade raspberry jam and creamy butter vanilla icing. (Just like your Nan used to make!!!)

Coffee and fudge layer cake. A triple layered coffee cake with fudge pieces. Filled and covered with a delicious coffee, fudge butter icing. A must for coffee lovers. (Delicious warmed with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.) Death by chocolate

A chocoholic’s heaven. A rich chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate fudge filling and covered with a shiny chocolate ganache. Carrot Cake

A moist carrot cake filled and topped with a light, tasty cream cheese frosting with a slight hint of lemon. Decorated with fondant carrots. Maple and Pecan layer cake

A triple layered Maple and pecan flavoured cake Filled and covered with a maple flavoured frosting. Decorated with pecan halves. (Delicious warm served with cream.) Lemon Drizzle cake

A light lemon sponge, soaked in fresh lemon juice and topped with a crunchy lemon sugar. Lemonicious!!! Perfect with a cup of tea

Chocolate and Orange cake

A moist chocolate/orange sponge filled and topped with a chocolate/orange butter icing. (Can be served warm with cream or ice cream)
