After 12 years Baltic Bakehouse is now closed.
We started with the goal of baking the best bread in the city, and thats what we did, day in and day out since March 2013.
If you ever bought a loaf or bun or coffee or sandwich, thank you. It means so much to us that you valued what we did.
Here is a pic of us open on our first ever day, and the last ever Baltic Wilds to come out of the oven, they were absolute bangers. Still the best bread in the city, and maybe even the country.
