Seven years ago we decided to try our hand at making cupcakes and selling them at local craft fairs under the name of Vanilla Pod Cupcakes. It wasn’t long before we were also making bespoke cakes for special occasions.

We are delighted at how successful this has been for us and now feel the time is right to take the next step and re-launch as two separate ventures, known as ‘Rosie McNeill Cakes’ and ‘Baked by Gillian’.
