Throwback to this fig dome cake I baked for .london last year December.

This was one of the most difficult briefs I had to date. Turns out cutting all those fig slices super thinly and looking as identical as possible while also matching the form of the cake was a real challenge. I was super happy when it all worked looking shiny and proud:)
