I've been sitting at Xmas markets for a few weeks now with so many talented people who make stuff, quality stuff that takes weeks...did you know handmade soap takes weeks to reach the right pH? Or what temperature fudge sets perfectly at? Or where to source compostable packaging? Or how to knit without seams? These sellers have spent hours finding out so people have the choice between locally made, ethical, unpackaged products and overpackaged products flown thousands of miles across the world that were made in sweat shops by children...just a thought...x
