Love the textured finish with Gold leaf and edible pearls- just to make it extra special!

Could be my favourite flavour👌🏻

And yes the cake trimmings were demolished by my lot in the blink of an eye 😆

Absolutely loved making this beauty for a beautiful lady’s 18th Birthday.

6inch, 3 layers of rich chocolate fudge cake, with chocolate buttercream filling, chocolate ganache coating and an elegant vintage design in vanilla buttercream and the beautiful black bows to finish. (Topper not supplied by me)

I think we can all agree that the Birthday girl is even more stunning than her cake 👌🏻

Vanilla Sheet cake with Vanilla buttercream for easy slicing and sharing, but it had to be Paddington Bear themed for my precious niece on her 2nd birthday.

The most special cake for my special girl’s 5th Birthday!
Fondant is absolutely not my specialty- or favourite if im honest, however when she’s begged me for months for a Princess Castle Cake, and absolutely loves fondant, what else was I to do?!

So here we have it!
Bottom Tier- 2 thick layers of fudgey chocolate orange sponge, with chocolate orange buttercream filling, coated in chocolate orange ganache
Top tier - 3 different flavours- Strawberry, vanilla and lemon blueberry, with vanilla buttercream and jam filling, white chocolate ganache coating.
All finished off with handmade fondant decorations.

The Birthday girl was ecstatic with her cake, and made up with the flavours- exactly what she asked for 🥰

I mean, yes old school cake tastes amazing, but is it really enough to celebrate your 30th birthday? I think not!

Here’s my jazzed up version!
3 layers of super soft vanilla sponge, filled with luxurious vanilla buttercream and sweet strawberry jam, with a surprise Skittle core! (Photos to follow 🤞) covered in more vanilla buttercream with an old school icing drip, and topped with the best Old School slices.

Chocolate Overload Cake 🍫🍫

4 thick layers of chocolate fudge sponge, chocolate buttercream and salted caramel filling, finished off with milk chocolate ganache and all the chocolates to decorate! What more could a chocolate lover want 👌🏻

Yesterday I entered the Great Astley Cake-off at Astley Show, and I won First Prize in the adult’s section!
It was a Caramel Sponge with Biscoff and Biscoff biscuit filling, Vanilla Buttercream, and fully edible decorations made from homemade marshmallow crispy cake and fondant!
I think this might be my new favourite flavour cake (after chocolate and salted caramel of course!)
