“Things are only impossible until they are not”- Jean-Luc Picard...... Ta da!! 🤗 This week’s bake was a challenge as I am no Star Trek expert! However, I pulled together this bespoke chocolate sponge with espresso coffee buttercream cake, finished with the colours of Captain Picard’s tunic ☺️🛸🛰🌌 Another happy client!

The vodka was out before 9am today... which can only mean one thing in this house! The first bake of 2020 is ready to leave the cosy kitchen after a break while I concentrated on my nursing degree 👩🏼‍🎓 All will be revealed tomorrow when it has been collected! 🎂

Absolutely honoured to have been asked to make this for a wedding this weekend..... all of my favourite things- flowers, lace and girly vintage!!
