I have opened a glorious bakehouse so that this internet wall is knocked down and you can all visit me in real life and get your hands on the most epic cake and other baked goods pretty much whenever you want them! Opening Hours
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - Sunday 11-4pm
Indoor seating with outside seating on weekends (weather permitting). We are dog friendly and offer complimentary puppaccinos when

you make your order. Please keep your pooches on their leads. There are 3 car parking spots outside of the mill for our customers and you are also welcome to park in any centre space you can find. Weekdays the carpark can be busy but weekends there is loads of space. Please don't park in front of other businesses & Please also don't block access to other businesses. Please be aware of vehicles in the car park as this is a busy business/industrial estate. There are bike racks for bike parking to the left of the Graff HQ door. Please don't tie your bike up to any other businesses. Alongside the epic cake there are awesome coffee and food options. So make it your "go to" lunch spot! Everything is veggie but we do have vegan options. Rumour has it that this is where you can get your fix of the "Best Grilled Cheese in Leicester!"
I'm based in a really cool building down by the canal in Frog Island and my building roomies are Graff HQ which is an awesome art shop. There are loads of pretty walks around. We're on Abbey Park's doorstep! It's my fave bit of Leicester! I hope to see y'all there. Because it really wouldn't be possible without all of you and the support you've given me through the pandemic and through the years. If you're not in Leicester it's soooo worth the trip! Once you find it you won't forget it!

Yes rumours are true. The best cakes in Leicester are taking a day trip out to be a part of Midlands Makers, Creatives + Small Businesses Melton Mowbray edition!
Tell all your friends from over the shire. There's gonna be loads of good stuff and as an added bonus there are some great charity shops just around the corner from The Stockyard Melton Mowbray and loads of parking.

Well. Who'd have thought it. Little Minnie - The little girl that carried the coconut. The little girl with the big ice cream because her eyes were and still are bigger than her belly - is sat here exactly two years since her customers backed her fully in less than 24 hours to trust in herself and what she brings to the table - literally - to be a grown up and take on the full lease of this beautiful little mill. A huge step for me and I said it then and I will say it again now that to be honest I still can't talk to people in person about the incredible feeling I had when I woke up after posting up my crowdfunder, throwing my phone away and going to bed honestly thinking that nothing would have really changed by the time I woke up. I get embarrassed and shy because I don't have the words to convey how blown away I was then and how I am still blown away now. Two years ago I thought I was losing Bitsy's because the rug had been pulled from beneath my toes and it was out of my control. Thanks to my people they encouraged me to put up the crowdfunder and everyone SHOWED UP. We beat the target OVERNIGHT. What a shock. I could go on and be really sappy about how much it means to me. But I know y'all know. I'm still building. Still evolving the Mill into what I believe it can be but we've come so far. Loads of fun events have happened and are going to happen. I get to put up like FORTY Christmas trees without being told off. The retail units are nearly finished and upstairs is nearly ready as a boutique salon. Everything is work in progress but is killing it up there and will be providing laser tattoo removal as well as getting in some amazing curly hair specialists. But there'll be more on that soon . Anyway. If you've read this far...Thank you from the bottom of me wizened old heart. Love ya loads. Enjoy some cute little snaps of my mill and me (and a cat that came in for good measure) 🩷

I feel like every man and his dog are begging you to come out right now. I feel like May/June is always quiet due to beaut weather (can't complain) add in all the other crises whether it be war, cost, climate and a multitude of others. Anyway. I'm just here to tell you I'm here and what I've got. It's pretty cool inside thanks to it being brutally cold over the winter. Always knew that would pay off 🤌🏻 we have ice lollies and iced drinks and light as air cakes. It's perfect half term weather to douse yourself in suncream pop in, grab yourself some bits and take yourselves to abbey park for a sit. We're here til 8pm and there will be art supplies to help your self to as the sun sets 💖💖💖
