Little teaser for later, fresh out of the oven 😍 something new on the menu this week caramel swirl brownies are done, with chocolate concrete and cake pots being prepped.

Hope everyone’s had a lovely half term! 🖤

It’s been a busy one here with BBQs, sunshine and making the most of the lovely weather… but now we’re back to it and ready for those end of half term treats, staying open slightly later due to the light night's now 🖤

The Minni Bake Shed won’t be open this weekend 🖤

With the heatwave and the kids breaking up for half term today, I’ve decided to take the weekend off rather than risk everyone ending up with melted ruined bakes 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 My shed gets the full afternoon sun and I don’t think the ice packs I've got are going to win that battle to be honest.

We’ll be back next weekend with a fresh lineup, hopefully a slightly more sun-proofed shed, and much happier treats 🖤

Good morning everyone 🖤 unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, the shed will NOT be open today. I've had a small leak and for health and safety/food hygiene reasons this needs sorting before I can continue baking 😭 luckily someone is coming out this morning so I can be back at it ASAP 🖤

We will now be opening SATURDAY & SUNDAY, 1-7PM instead 🖤

Thank you for bearing with me and for all the support as always!

I’ll post this week’s menu soon 👀 old school cake will be making a comeback again, along with some new bakes to try 🖤
