The Yummy Yank Baker of all kinds of American desserts from Red Velvet Cake to New York Cheesecake to Pecan Pie bars and anything you can imagine! I am not a cake decorator!

I am an American living in the UK since 1997. I am passionate about many things, but have taken my passion of food from a hobby to a profession 16 years ago. The Yummy Yank is my business dedicated to the baking of homemade American desserts, doing festivals (when able) up and down the country. We also sell wholesale and online, sending nationwide and around the world. Please visit our website www.theyummyyank.co.uk. I like to think of cooking and baking as an art, so I really am combining my two favourite pastimes! I do custom baking as well, so please do get in touch if you would like to place an order! My desserts look gorgeous, but I don't do pretty little flowers! Not my thing. The yummies from me are scrumptious and professional, but if you want to take credit and say you made it because they have a homemade appearance, by all means, you are welcome to do so!

And that’s the end of the summer season festivals! Thank you good people of Melton Mowbray who came to see us this past weekend .

I’m not gonna lie, it’s been a tricky season, the economy, the heat, the heat and oh did I mention The Heat!

Big thank you to every one of you who supported us. It never goes unnoticed and we are forever grateful!

We have a little break from shows until early November and then we are back in full Christmas/holiday swing!! I cannot believe I am already writing that! Where did the summer go?!!!

Meanwhile, you can get your orders in online and see you at one of our many Christmas events! Our winter flavours are going live this coming week. They will be available to pre-order for Christmas but not ready to send out until early November.

Another fabulous done and dusted!
Thank you to all who supported us. You came out in droves and we couldn’t be more appreciative.
Thank you to the whole events crew who are always on hand to help and are so supportive.
Also, thank you to security who helped us pack up and load up our van. We couldn’t have done it without you.
We loved every minute even when the weather turned!
See you all next year!!!!
