The desserts deserved their own post. The bride wanted afternoon tea style desserts but with Caribbean flavours so I got my thinking hat on and came up with these beauties.

1. Mini vanilla cheesecakes topped with some berries
2. Mini Bundt Rum banana bread with pecans
3. Piña colada 🧁 (the buttercream on these tasted EXACTLY like the cocktail

Every dessert was a hit but you see those cupcakes??? 100/10 notes!

Short story:
I met the bride years ago when I made her 21st birthday cake. After this she insisted that whenever she was getting married, I would be making her wedding cake (I wasn’t even doing wedding cakes at this point). I told her point blank that I would be doing no such thing but this babe no gree hear word 🙆🏾‍♀️🙆🏾‍♀️

This cake tested me in every way. My first ever 4 tiered cake and although it made me anxious for months, I am so glad the bride trusted me with it 💕💕

Victoria sponge : fluffy vanilla cupcake filled with strawberry jam and topped with silky smooth vanilla buttercream
Double chocolate : fudge chocolate cupcake topped with chocolate buttercream
