Thank you, Reuben, for this year's challenge. He asked for a Blastoise cake.

The main body is chocolate cake, the arms, legs and head are rice krispie treat and the whole lot is covered with chocolate ganache and then fondant icing.

As it's the year of the horse, I thought that a sugarpaste model of a horse was more suitable than a teddy.
