I had the honour of making Emma and Josh's wedding cake. Their wedding took place at the beautiful Ashridge House in Berkhamsted.

This was a 5 tier cake. Two tiers were dummy cakes. The flowers were all handmade with sugar and wafer paper gypsophila. The car was an edible model of an MG.

Thank you, Reuben, for this year's challenge. He asked for a Blastoise cake.

The main body is chocolate cake, the arms, legs and head are rice krispie treat and the whole lot is covered with chocolate ganache and then fondant icing.
