This beauty went out last weekend 😍 Hard to beat the gorgeous combination of gold, cream and black- with added bubbles 🍾

It was definitely my most technically challenging single tier cake so far- the gravity defying effect was achieved using a wooden skewer, cork, modelling paste and edible glue

I also made the custom '50' topper as I couldn't find what I wanted online. Its covered in edible black glitter and I think the touches of black are 👌

Inside is 4 layers of classic vanilla sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and tangy raspberry compote 😋

Before anyone comes for me about supplying alcohol without a license- the bottle is empty 😊
