Shows were not terribly successful as I was left with about 80 cakes at the end of the day. However, on a whim I stopped at the local shop in my village and they bought 50 of the leftover cakes. The owner ate one then proceeded to offer to buy 200 per week! I am now checking costing and deciding if I can commit to that volume. Exciting nonetheless!

Don't forget to start thinking about Christmas orders!! I can delivery in Cheshire or post throughout the UK mainland. Am also happy to do "full size" cakes if you prefer for your Christmas dinner parties!
