Ferrero Rocher Brownie
Meet the Ferrero Rocher Brownie, our most unapologetically decadent bake yet.
It starts with a proper fudgy brownie base, dense and rich the way a brownie should be, studded with pockets of Kinderella (a rich, creamy white chocolate and hazelnut spread that tastes exactly like the inside of a Kinder Bueno) through the middle.
Then we swirl dark and white chocolate over the top, and finish each one with a whole Ferrero Rocher sitting proudly on top like it knows exactly how good it is.
That first bite is something else. The crackly Ferrero shell, the hazelnut, the deep chocolate brownie underneath. It is the kind of treat you save for a moment that deserves it, or for a Tuesday that simply needs rescuing.
Made in small batches and always best enjoyed slowly, with a cup of something hot and absolutely no sharing required.
