Just a polite reminder that deposits aren’t optional and if I don’t receive one, your order will not be booked in!

Your deposit secures your order and covers the cost of personalised toppers, ie photo toppers or names, which I would not be able to use on another order if your order is cancelled.

Deposits can be discussed and worked around when you get paid, or slightly lowered if needed. If you cancel your order within 72 hours of your order date, your deposit will be refunded to you, minus the cost of any personalised toppers that have already been ordered that I wouldn’t be able to return due to their personalisation.

If you have forgotten to send your deposit, I will remind you within a few days and check if you would still like your cake.

Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or cash.
