opinions needed! fathers day 💙
just seeing what interest would be around me doing some treat boxes for fathers day? im thinking a cookie, brownie, blondie & a personalised cupcake (embossed or a photo topper) that way instead of a box of cupcakes everyone gets a taste of everything & different flavours? let me know your thoughts!!

Here’s a simple, tasty recipe you can make using everything in your £2 grab bag 👇

Halloumi & Roast Veg Bowl 🥔🧀

Ingredients (from your bag)

* Potatoes
* Halloumi
* Carrots
* Cabbage
* Mushrooms
* Lettuce
* A little oil, salt & pepper (if you have them)

Method

1. Roast the veg

* Chop potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces
* Toss with a little oil, salt and pepper
* Roast in the oven at 200°C for around 25–35 minutes until golden and soft

2. Cook the halloumi

* Slice halloumi
* Fry in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes each side until golden brown

3. Prep the fresh bits

* Shred the cabbage and lettuce
* You can leave them raw or lightly sauté the cabbage for 2–3 minutes if you prefer it softer

4. Assemble

* Add lettuce and cabbage to a bowl
* Top with roasted veg and crispy halloumi
* Season to taste and serve warm
