Liv’s Cake Creations turns 2🩷
2 years ago today i finished making my little sisters birthday cake and found my true passion for baking. I spent 11 hours stood up baking, decorating and finishing it. I enjoyed myself so much and decided that i wanted to make a little business out of it for myself. The past 2 years I’ve cried, laughed and everything in-between. Ive wanted to throw my equipment out of the window quite a few times (especially today🥲…) but also had lots of “pinch me” moments where i cant quite believe how far my little business & skills have come. Ive had so many amazing opportunities, especially this last year, and the thought that people pay me & put their trust in me to complete there orders is a certain type of feeling i cant quite explain. I wish the 16 year old girl stood in her kitchen, making buttercream by hand, with a cheap little decorating kit off of amazon could see the position we are in today. No more having to hand-make batters & buttercream 🤣. Orders almost every week, market stalls, big orders for events, i couldn’t be more grateful. I want to thank everyone who has supported me and my business in any way, wether that be sharing my posts, ordering from me or even just following me. It means more to me then i could ever begin to express. I think the biggest thank you definitely has to go to aScEND Hull for letting me use the kitchen, and for not complaining at the ridiculous amount of space i take up for all of my equipment (80% of which i most definitely dont need) I couldnt have taken on as many orders as i have been able to do without you guys!! I hope in another 2 years time, i can write a post similar to this however bigger & better things to be included.

this is a 6” two layer heart oreo sponge with a oreo buttercream filling.
ive never done a heart cake before so very impressed with how this went!
