I accidentally made too much mixture & i had used all of my baking tins I use for flapjack, so I did a little experiment - I made a flapjack pie …. crunchy on top, gooey in the middle, and packed with buttery oats.

Accidental bakes are sometimes the best bakes.

Should this become a regular Davenport Bakes treat?
