Wednesday Bakery 9am at Mount Folly Farm (find me near the silver van) and then hopefully at Bigbury Coffee Morning 10.30 -12

Focaccia
White loaves
Cinnamon buns

Happy times for 2 bakers ! What a happy, sad feeling when your right hand woman has to go back home to Yorkshire and then back to Sheffield Uni….. we have Baked morning after morning through July and August and I remained standing mostly because Emmeline was there as the second in command ….. egg washing pastries, double cream glazing buns …. Printing stickers, loading the van, unloading the van …. Picking pre orders so we manage to keep back baked goods for those who messaged in their orders…. All with a lovely smile and lots of calm, thoughtful hard work.

Thank you Emmeline for such a lot of early mornings and so many buns and pastries !!!! Hope you come back soon 🧡💛🤎🩵💙

I’ll be at a table taking orders for the fair … we are delivering pizzas from 1-2pm but you can order order by text or at our pizza table !!!!

6am : first seeded are half way through their bake and we let the steam out by opening the door and opening the steam vent at the top ! Baykery pop up 9am - 9.30am at then 10am at the pizza wagon at Bigbury Bay Pizzas at Challaborough (on the road to Ringmore- in the entrance to Bigbury Bay Holiday Park)
With added organic and extra sunflower seeds, ground flax ( ) and malted grains - flours : stoneground organic shiptonmill - Canadian blend Shipton mill - organic wholemeal from Shipton Mill and heritage grain from The Fold Granary milled by Andrew at freshflour in Buckfastleigh
