We’re a friendly, family‑run nursery looking for an organised, warm and reliable Finance & Office Administrator to join our lovely team at Little Oaks! 💚
What you’ll do:
✨ Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery
✨ Handle enquiries & parent communication
✨ Manage invoices, fees & funding
✨ Keep our admin, records & compliance up to date
✨ Be a friendly face for our families and team
We’re looking for:
✔ Admin experience
✔ Great communication & organisation
✔ Confident with IT (Microsoft Office)
✔ Friendly, professional & reliable
⭐ Nursery/finance experience is a bonus, but training can be provided!

We are very proud to let you know that our apprentice Nancy is now a fully qualified level 2 practitioner👩‍🎓🎉. Not only did she pass all practical assessments and written exams…..she gained a distinction!!! We are so lucky to have her in our team…good luck as you progress onto level 3 training! X
