Carrot cake tray bake style cake with a thick layer of cream cheese frosting 🥰

This style of cake is great for a party. It’s easier to portion, costs less and actually serves more 🤩

As always the cake doesn’t include nuts. My cakes can be topped with walnuts, fondant carrots or left completely plain 💕

There’s a bit of a joke in my house that I now give away more carrot cakes than I sell. Which is possibly very true but giving them to lovely people and good causes just gives me such joy 😂🥹

This weekend I baked something a little different, a 4 layer vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream for a beautiful gals 2nd birthday 💕

I also made my trusty 3 layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for a lovely 12 year olds birthday 🥰 I love that carrot cake was the chosen cake 🤩
