Sourdough and more is where my Bread Angels baking course has led me. I am putting into practise newly honed skills to create sourdough, focaccia and sweet doughs. Each week I will be sending out an email listing the breads that I will be baking that week for customers to order. My aim is to always provide the sourdough you want for your weekend breakfast, but also new variations that will also work with cheese, chutneys, picnics and be just too moreish to leave in the bread bin.
