Did you know.....

Some vanilla "flavouring" actually contains a chemical extracted from the a**l glands of Beavers? Worse than that, it is only listed on the ingredients as "natural flavouring"!

Here at The Little Blue Owl Cake Co we only use pure vanilla extract from vanilla pods, which means (if you opt for dairy free cakes) they are definitely suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
