Over the past year, the costs behind the scenes of running a small business have continued to rise exponentially — from courier charges, tariffs, accounting, general operating overheads etc. Many of these increases have gone far beyond what we ever expected, and to continue offering the same quality blends, care, and service, a slight change in price has become necessary.
As much as we want to keep our teas as accessible as possible, we are going to have to make an increase in our shipping cost/products. This decision hasn’t been made lightly. We’ve absorbed as much as we realistically can, but this adjustment helps us keep creating the teas you love without compromising on quality.
