Congratulations to Maria who popped in last week to let us know she's off to Anglia Ruskin University to study medicine. Her work experience placement with us last summer was a useful addition to her application/CV. Thank you for all your help Maria, and good luck!

We are open 10 til 1.30 Tuesday to Friday at Kesgrave Scout Hall. A heads up that we will be closed for two weeks from 29th Sept, re-opening on Tuesday 13th October. Supporting adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.

A number of staff & volunteers received emergency first aid training this week from Ken Hawley from https://suffolkmedicalservices.co.uk/

We learned CPR, how to use a defibrillator, what to do about choking, burns & falls, & other potentially life saving actions. These skills are an excellent addition for our already multi-skilled team. Thank you Ken for an interesting and informative morning.
