This didn’t come out perfectly, but first time doing a 3 layer “naked” cake, I used whipped double cream what isn’t as easy to smooth round compared to buttercream!

Filling; Classic Victoria, Jam and cream!
Topped with a little buttercream, strawberries and raspberries.

Completed for my nephews 10th birthday! 🤍💚
