Thank you to everyone who joined us tonight 🤗

As always, it was great to see so many different crafts being worked on (even Christmas cross stitch card making!)

If you're looking for a place to work on your hobby and meet new like minded people, why not join us?

We hold craft evenings every 4th Tuesday evening of the month at the Tower Hall (IP4 5SU)

Well it's official! Christmas gift knitting has started!

2026 will be the year that i will be organised and make a head start on them 😂🎄

I'm even using a Christmas themed project bag to get me into the festive spirit 😁

Hopefully I will be close to finishing the first gift at the next meet up this Tuesday 28th July - wish me luck and hopefully see you there!

3 years ago we had an idea to start an evening knit and natter group, but one of us couldn't (and still can't) knit 🤣 So A Crafty Yarn was born, a friendly informal space to bring along any craft (not just knitting) that you are working on and you can chat with or work alongside other crafty people.

If you've followed our page or been to a session you will have witnessed my painfully slow journey to teach myself to crochet. Three years ago I couldn't even hold a crochet hook or imagine finding time to switch off and start a craft project, but here I am enjoying crocheting a granny square blanket and making the time.

Three years on and we've bucket loads of memories and craft projects and here's to making many more ❤️
