Evening everyone 😊

Another day done and dusted at the K&M Catering / Cosy Crumb Bakery empire 😎

Starting to feel it now and we’ve only made it to Tuesday… send snacks and caffeine 🤣

Tonight’s kitchen chaos included:

🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake
🍌 Banana Bread for the van
🥞 A good old batch of pancakes

The rest of the week is shaping up to be equal parts mayhem and chaos… but it’s fine, everything’s fine 🙈

Evening everyone ❤️

It’s the end of another busy day and I’ve been trying out another new bake… although this one is savoury 🙈

Today at K&M Catering I decided to have a go at making my own Sausage Rolls… and I’d call that a success 🙌

So of course I had to make more 🤣

Not only did I try a classic plain sausage roll, I also tested out one with bacon and cheese… and I’m not going to lie, that one was top tier 😍

Also on today’s bake list was Banana Bread and Mars Slice 😋

The diary is already starting to fill up for the next few weeks, so if you fancy a bake for the weekend or need a midweek sugar hit, drop me a message and I’ll get your cravings sorted 😋

Evening everyone ❤️

It’s been a busy one this week! I’ve been sorting family bits but also been at K&M Catering and baking away like a mad woman 😅

Tonight’s creations include 2 large Strawberry Cheesecakes, some Strawberry Tarts 🍓, Kinder Cookie Nest Cups, and a few individual Strawberry Cheesecakes ready for tomorrow 😋

Safe to say the kitchen smells unreal right now… the hardest part is not eating them all myself 🤣

I’ve got a few orders on for Saturday already, but if you fancy a little weekend treat just drop me a message before I eat the lot 👀

Hello 👋

Well… another busy day ALMOST done and dusted! 🙌

Today’s bakes (pics coming tomorrow 📸✨) included:

🎂 A 50th Birthday Cake that I was honoured to make for one of our lovely (🤔🤣) customers
🍮 A Sticky Toffee Pudding birthday treat for my ex-work wife 🥹❤️
🍪 Cookies ready for the van tomorrow
🧁 Individual Kinder Cheesecakes (also for the van!)
🍓 And MORE Strawberry Tarts… buttttt these were specially requested by one of my favourites, so obviously I had to deliver the goods 🤣🙈

(I’ll let them both bicker over who they think I’m talking about 🤣)

I’ll post photos of the finished cakes tomorrow evening, along with the Galaxy Caramel Cheesecake I’ve got on order for Saturday 😊

Hey everyone!

Sorry for the radio silence over the past few days — I’ve been busy elsewhere 🤦‍♀️ how very dare I 🙈

I’m going to be busy with orders over the next few days, but don’t worry… I’ll be taking you along with me 😊

Today I was asked to make:

A Classic School Cake traybake
A variety box of cookies
A 10x batch of Mini Egg Cookies

And something NEW that may just be getting added to the ever-growing menu ❤️

✨ Introducing Homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding with Homemade Toffee Sauce ✨

To say the nerves were high making this is an understatement — I just want perfection for you all 🤣

These will be available at the van K&M Catering, so pop down to grab one or drop me a message 😊

Right, I’m off to finish dinner and then it’s back to the cooker… scones are next on the list of requests — if I don’t do them this week, I’m in trouble 🤣

Evening all 🫡

Well… it’s been just over a week and what can I say? To already have three fab reviews under my belt—and the flurry of compliments when I’m at K&M Catering “running the show”—I honestly can’t thank you all enough 🥹❤️

The next three nights are going to be… well… interesting 🙈

With orders for cheesecakes, apple pies, strawberry tarts, apple crumble, plus bakes for the van and cookie orders… I’m already looking forward to Sunday 🙈🤣

I genuinely love the chaos it creates—and with a glass of wine and a dark documentary, it will alllll be fine… right? 🤔🤣

At least that’s Monday done and dusted… just 🙈

With tomorrow being Pancake Day, we’ll have a freshly made batch at the van K&M Catering tomorrow 😊

They always go down a treat with whatever topping takes your fancy! My personal favourite is ice-cream and caramel sauce 😍 And for someone who doesn’t even like ice-cream, it fair hits the spot 👌

Evening everyone,

Hope you all had a lovely weekend 😊

Today I’ve been busy sourcing ingredients and baking two brand-new cookie flavours 🙌

For the next 2 weeks, I’ll be introducing a Mini Egg Cookie 🍪😍

It will disappear after the two weeks, but don’t worry — it’ll be making a comeback as we get closer to Easter 🙌

I’m also very aware that most of my bakes are loaded with chocolate, soya products, etc.
So tonight, I’m excited to add a Dairy & Soya FREE Chocolate Chip Cookie to the menu 🥳 These will be at the normal price of our cookie boxes so 4 for £8 or 6 for £12!

All my bakes are made in a home kitchen, however for these cookies I use separate mixers, oven trays, utensils, and they are stored in the freezer in an airtight container.

As always, there is a fresh stock of cookies and bakes available at K&M Catering, so if you fancy a cookie you can pop down and grab one there too, plus we might also entice you to grab a bit to eat too.

Single cookies are priced at £1.95 😊

I’d just like to say a huge thank you to Highland Heating Management Ltd, who were celebrating their 20th year anniversary this week and popped in an order for cookies, along with food from K&M Catering ❤️

Thank you again to everyone who has placed an order so far — day 3 and I honestly can’t quite believe the response!

Tonight I put together a large Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake, an Old School Cake, and a Mars Slice ❤️ All baked and delivered this evening after a busy shift on the van.
