Just a few steps make all the difference.
Many of the ingredients in our savoury bakes begin their day in our very own market garden. Courgettes, tomatoes, salad leaves and seasonal herbs are picked fresh, then carried just a few metres into the bakery to become part of the day's savoury bites.
It's one of the things we love most about being here in Barrington. The garden and the bakery work hand in hand, following the seasons and making the most of what's growing just outside the door.
