I made this tall (very!!) 3-tier wedding cake for our friend’s wedding at Sandy Cove last year - what a stunning backdrop!! 😍

Probably the most stressful car journey (made worse by me leaving my dress at home and not realising until we were 10 minutes down the road 🫣) navigating devon roads/hills with a fully assembled cake, but we made it in one piece 🙏 It’s another level of anxiety making the cake and being a guest 😅

Victoria Sponge, Lemon and Chocolate Fudge cake tiers crumb coated in white chocolate ganache and coated with buttercream ✨

Topper and fresh flowers supplied by the Bride and Groom and added at the venue 💐

This cake only spent 3 months in drafts… 🫣😅Lily made no hesitations in requesting a demon hunters cake for her birthday ...

Lily made no hesitations in requesting a demon hunters cake for her birthday in October - did anyone else’s kid have a really sudden obsession with it? (although let face it, Golden is catchy 💁‍♀️)

Celebrating Freddie’s birthday (and spending my own) with:
🍫 8” chocolate fudge cake filled with chocolate buttercream and coated in vanilla buttercream

🍪 Oreo NYC cookies and white chocolate chip and sprinkle cookies

My first Lambeth cake, made for a very special friend’s wedding - it’s giving Bridgerton and I’m here for it! 🎀 it certainly wasn’t my most stress-free cake, but I’m glad it made it in one piece 😅

Please DO NOT ask for a fondant cake ❌😂 after having Lily, I made a commitment to making their cake every year - 5 years in and I’m already regretting it! Give me a buttercream cake any day 😅

It’s amazing how hard it is to work with something new. I’ve never really done much with fondant other than a bit of modelling/decoration, but this nearly pushed me over the edge 🤣 Thankfully she loved it 🥰

Two tiers:- semi-naked 8” Victoria sponge filled with raspberry jam & 6” chocolate fudge cake, complete with flowers to match their bouquets/table arrangements 🌺

FREDDIE IS ONE (tomorrow) 💙

I am definitely not ready for my baby boy to be one 😭 we had an early birthday party this weekend so I made this 8” Victoria sponge. It’s definitely up there as one of my favourite designs - simple but effective?

A TRIO OF CAKES

Made these beauts for a work retirement party last weekend - you really cannot grasp the sheer size of the last cake from this, it was huge (and extremely heavy)😅 In order:

🍫 6” chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream
🍋 6” Dairy free lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon ‘buttercream’
🍓 10” vanilla sponge with strawberry compote and vanilla buttercream

Also, my first time doing a full dairy free cake - the icing was like a mousse, but it didn’t collapse 👏😅
