3rd, my final Wedding cake of 2026 (unless any last minute one's come in 🤔😁)
3 x 6" Chocolate sponges with choc buttercream inside, covered in white chocolate ganache finish with a rustic effect & white sugar pearls.
Topper & flowers were added by my customer.

Good afternoon everyone, first of 4 cakes this week for Anna's 9th birthday.
Harry Potter themed cake. Everything was handmade from scratch, no cutters or moulds used.
Inside was vanilla sponge with white chocolate ganache filling, the outer covered in fondant icing.

Finally, Aaron's 40th birthday cake..
2 tier 6"/8" cake with red velvet sponge and cream cheese frosting, both covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant icing.

3rd.. Jason's 50th birthday. He loves Milwaukee tools.
So his cake chosen by his wife was a toolbox and some handmade edible tools, including the drill made from rice krispie treats.
The tool box was based on the real one in pic 2. I thoroughly enjoyed making this and could have added more if I had the time.
Inside was 3 x lemon sponges 14" x 10" (shaped & trimmed down) with lemon buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant icing.
The board hand painted with lustre dust to create a metal effect.

Instead of 24 cupcakes boxed, I arranged 12 on a fondant chequered board to make them a bit more special for Emily.

Good afternoon everyone, I didn't get to post yesterday as I was working all day.
1st of 4 cakes was for Saint's 8th birthday.
This year he chose a football themed cake with his fav player Ronaldo.
Inside was 3 x 6" cakes, each cut into 6 layers of Chocolate Orange sponge with matching buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant icing.

8" Vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream, covered in white chocolate ganache and fondant icing. Mix of toppers supplied by the customer & some edible printed toppers.
