Innovation never ends at Jack's Bread. Collection box was starting to look a bit shabby so today borrowed a lamination machine and smartened things up. Speaking of lamination I still have 4 unsold croissants/PaC available tomorrow morning if anyone wants to try them! 😋 P.s. Shout out to Jane Freeman on Tape Lane for her wonderful 'mini' eggs. Used them this morning to egg wash the pastries. Such intense yellow yolks. Give them a try if you haven't already!
