We use a very nice blend of luxury couverture chocolate has you can see from the photo.
Also a good golden caster sugar.
You can also add a little touch of salt

Trays we use are size 323-201-33 in size.
You can see the yummy cake through the window of the box.
Add a message to the cake and you can see the message through the window of the box.
The traybake is not cut, so you can cut it and portion to the sizes you want.
Great for party’s or just to eat in the comfort of your home in front of the tv.
All traybake cakes can be frozen because there are made fresh to order.

All cakes if not eaten? can be frozen well wrapped for 3 months.
All cakes can to kept for up to 5 days kept in an air tight container.
All cakes can be bespoke and a change of ingredients can be added to suit your taste spuds.
Allergens:- all allergens are clearly labelled . But if we can change the ingredients to suit the allergen we will.
