Just a sneak peek (literally just 1/4 of a photo) of something exciting. On Sunday, I had a baking photoshoot for a little project I’ve been working on for nearly 2 years! I now have over 700 photos of cake (and me 😬) to shortlist! My amazing friend Nikki Di Girolamo was behind the camera and has captured the essence of Jamie’s Bakery perfectly! This project is nearly in a place that I can finally share it… watch this space!

I’m so proud to share that in our recent Environmental Health inspection, Jamie’s Bakery Co has been awarded and retained a 5️⃣ Food Hygiene Rating – VERY GOOD! 🌟

Keeping my kitchen clean, safe and up to the highest standards is something I take huge pride in, so this means the world to me.
