I am so sorry I have been rubbish at posting this last week however I have been very busy behind the scenes as always!

Celebration cakes, afternoon teas and giant cookies to name a few have gone out so far! We have also made sure the coffee shops have been topped up with lots of delicious cakes and scones.

One more Birthday cake to go out this week and then we are going to enjoy a well earned weekend off!

Limited availability left for this month, bookings are starting to fill up for November and December too! So if you have a special occasion coming up and would like us to help cater, please do let us know ASAP to avoid disappointment 💜

Some gorgeous little platters went across to Tattershall Lakes today to celebrate a birthday. Our homemade sausage rolls and quiche featured along our freshly prepared sandwiches and a treat tray which featured some birthday cupcakes for the birthday girl. I hope you have a lovely time celebrating 🥳🍾🥂🎂

A gorgeous little order has gone over to one of the lovely owners at Tattershall Lakes this afternoon. A freshly prepared afternoon tea for 3, with some extra homemade sausage rolls and a mini cookie dipping box. Can you tell how much everyone loves the sausage rolls? 🤣

An afternoon tea that went out earlier in the week for a birthday along with some extra sausage rolls as they are a favourite! 🤩

Today we sent out a platter of sandwiches, our homemade sausage rolls and quiche along with vegetable platter and dips for another birthday celebration.

Birthday Cakes! 🎂

You may remember I made individual giraffe cupcakes for Harry's party, well this week I was honoured to be asked to make him a giraffe cake for his actual birthday.This one was a 6 inch 4 layer Victoria sponge decorated with fondant giraffe detailing.

Today a 3 layer 10 inch chocolate sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and chocolate ganache, finished with a white chocolate drip, crushed chocolate flake to create the ploughing of the fields. Customer supplied own tractor that the birthday boy can play with after.

Thoroughly enjoyed making both these cakes, from a girl that could bake but couldn't decorate cakes for the life of me has come on leaps and bounds. So proud of how far I have come in a short space of time, still learning as I go but so looking forward to what the next year brings.

This HUGE 4 layer 10 inch Victoria sponge went out this weekend to celebrate the lovely Georgia's 2nd Birthday. Decorated in a Shrek theme (customer supplied own toppers)
Thank you to Horncastle Cake Art for the name and number topper. I can't honestly tell you how big and heavy this cake was.
