Flower Bakery “Baking began for me at home in Poland, learning the tricks of the trade alongside my mother, who baked daily for our family.

I feel incredibly lucky to be building a business around my true passion - nothing beats seeing my friends, family, and customers enjoying the food I've created In 2016, I moved to the United Kingdom and began working at the renowned Leakers Bakery in Bridport, where I developed my skills further. During my time at Leakers, I became inspired, quickly honing my craft and creating my own unique reci

pes. While raising my family, I continued to nurture my love and enthusiasm for baking, and in April 2024, I established The Flower Bakery. I started with a simple plan to make special occasion cakes, never imagining how quickly my business would flourish! Today, I bake everything from breads and pastries to cakes and cookies! In less than a year, I've found myself baking for large events, markets, food festivals and supplying local farm shops. I am also proud to have been commended by Taste of the West for my Nutella Oreo Cookie and Cheesecake. I feel incredibly lucky to be building a business around my true passion - nothing beats seeing my friends, family, and customers enjoying the food I've created.”
